Metax is growing and we are looking for a competent sales person to help expand the sales of our electro-optical measurement instruments and test systems. The new sales persons area of focus can be divided two areas: Firstly, infrared and visible test and measurement systems for military and commercial E-O sensor systems such as Thermal imagers, laser range finders/designators, visible systems etc. and Secondly, Radiometers, Spectroradiometers and imaging instruments for remote sensing, display testing, LED testing and general light measurement.
We are not looking for a research scientist but for a good technically knowledgeable and capable sales person. The ability to sell to and support customers in a technical market place is paramount. The successful applicant will have a good technical background in infrared and light measurement and will be driven by results. Based at our Croydon office he or she will be expected to travel throughout the UK. Product training will be given but a sound basic knowledge of physics and light measurement is essential.
Salary will be commensurate with the position offered and will include a sales dependant bonus element.
